Job Description
Join the team at Park Place Hotel as a Restaurant Server in beautiful Traverse City, MI. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and answer questions about menu items and specials.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns or special requests professionally and promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant serving role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
