Restaurant Server

Point 9 Trailside Eatery has been making a name for ourselves in the Andover community over the past year since we opened, and we’re growing quickly! Located right off the Redbud Trail, we’re looking for experienced Front of House Servers who bring both professionalism and heart to every guest interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Provide thoughtful, tableside service - checking in on guests, taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring each guest feels cared for.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, including tableside wine service.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and the counter team for smooth, coordinated service.
• Restock service stations, polish glassware and utensils, and ensure supplies are ready before and during shifts.
• Follow established service, safety, and cleanliness standards to protect guests and the team.
• Share your knowledge with new team members and help create a positive, cooperative atmosphere.

Who You Are

• 18 years or older
• At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service, fine dining, or fast-casual restaurant
• Naturally friendly and empathetic—you enjoy making people feel welcome
• Team-oriented, patient, and collaborative; you’re happiest when everyone succeeds
• Reliable and consistent—you follow through and pay attention to details
• Professional in communication, appearance, and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
