Your Day in the Life
• ï‚· Be a part of an amazing leadership team - your voice matters and you help us• deliver an uncommon experience to our guests and team members• ï‚· Lead the restaurant during shift, deliver uncommonly good guest service, and• recognize our team members for a job well-done each shift• ï‚· Delegate responsibilities to your team of rock stars and ensure they are• exceeding the expectations of each guest• ï‚· Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality,• food safety practices, and cleanliness• ï‚· Own open, mid, or close routines for your shift and setting the next shift up for• success
What You Bring to the Table• ï‚· Previous management or leadership experience required• ï‚· Must be at least 18 years old (great job for teenagers!)• ï‚· Customer service experience preferred• ï‚· Excellent guest service skills and the ability to communicate efficiently to help keep• all team members informed• ï‚· Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling,• crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds• ï‚· Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a• standard kitchen/restaurant environment
