What you'll do

You're the "big cheese" on shift!

Serve customers, support the kitchen, and supervise the shift.
Ensure high food and service standards, thorough shift checklist completion, tip payouts, and well-assigned staffing.
Support incoming staff training.
Implement any programs, policies, or products.
Restock supplies and keep the restaurant clean.
Work with a supportive, fun team (laughter required!).

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

A minimum of 6+ months of experience in food service is required.
Past supervisory or Shift Supervisor experience is a plus!
Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House).
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Shift Supervisor Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

Hours are Tuesday-Wednesday 4pm-8pm and Thursday-Sunday 11am-8pm.
Shift Supervisor shifts typically start 1-2 hours before restaurant opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing.
Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
Part-time (15-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.
