THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR ECHO PARK LOCATION!!!!Summary

Team members are essential to providing our customers with the ultimate customer service, and products to ensure a great Monty’s Experience. All within a fun, positive, and comfortable work environment.

Goals

Greet, host, and communicate with customers.
Support and communicate with your team members regarding food preparation and delivery.
Maintain safe, sanitary supportive, and positive work environments.

Physical Demands:

Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted.
Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands/arms.
Ability to express or exchange information through the spoken word in loud and fast-paced environments

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and policies.
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
Contributes to a positive team environment and recognizes alarms or changes in team member morale/performance.
Follows Monty's Good Burger all operational policies and procedures, and consistently provides customers with a positive "Monty's Experience".
Maintains a clean and organized workspace while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Prepares, builds, cooks, and serves food items accurately and positively.
Occasionally supports the team during special events, private events, food truck events, and more.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
ECHO PARK ONLY - team members must be ABS Certified to serve beer. This is the only location that serves beer.

A Brief History of Monty's

Monty’s Good Burger is the plant-based concept of close friends. Since, we served more than 2.5 Million+

Burgers, Fries, Tots & Shakes.

Our delicious burgers are made from locally sourced ingredients, house-made sauce, caramelized grilled onions, and the plant-based Impossible™ 2.0 Patty. The burgers are a great option for carnivores who care about the environment but still want that familiar taste, as our burgers require 75-80% less environmental resources than traditional meat.

Our organic draft sodas are made with pure cane sugar, sparkling original lemonade, cookies made by Rocco’s Sweet Shoppe, house-made sauces, and delicious signature shakes. We also feature Chamberlain Coffee in our coffee shake. Our burgers include artisan buns, original pickles, plant-based cheese, and Vegenaise® from Follow Your Heart®.
