The Opportunity:

High Flying Foods is looking for a Utility Runner to join our team at San Francisco International Airport. This position supports our Farmerbrown and Gott's Roadside Restaurants. You will join a dynamic and positive team environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas according to pull list
  • Rotate and various items for freshness including but not limited to beer kegs, grab and go items, merchandise, etc.
  • Keep kitchen area clean, including sweeping and mopping, washing tables, walls, refrigerators and other kitchen equipment
  • Remove garbage to designated areas
  • Wash dishes, cutlery and other restaurant equipment, ensuring they are ready for customer use
  • Organize backroom area and ensure all plate ware, cutlery, to-go boxes, and the like are easily accessible for use
  • Maintain a clean work environment, including countertops, floors and kitchen equipment.
  • Unload and unpack deliveries to the restaurant, focusing on product rotation to ensure freshness
  • Empty all trash and other debris
  • May include minor kitchen prep, rotation of grab and go products
  • Organize offsite storage area including but not limited to food and/or restaurant equipment such as extra glassware and full or empty beer kegs
  • Ensure proper knife safety is followed, including but not limited to airport rules regarding sharp objects.
  • Other duties as assigned
