Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager to lead restoration packout and contents projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys managing people and processes, and takes pride in delivering excellent results.

As a Project Manager, you will be a key driver of project success, ensuring timelines, communication, and quality are executed at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple restoration contents projects from initiation through completion
Act as the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
Build and manage job schedules, resources, and project expectations
Coordinate field crews, warehouse operations, and subcontracted services
Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
Provide consistent job updates to leadership and stakeholders
Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
Maintain organized documentation, job files, and billing records
Create estimates and manage project documentation using Xactimate

Qualifications Required

2+ years of project management experience in the restoration industry
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Xactimate
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

Experience in contents restoration, packouts, or insurance-related projects
Familiarity with working directly with adjusters and restoration networks
IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Experience:

Xactimate Estimating/Invoicing: 1 year (Required)
Project Management in Restoration: 2 years (Required)

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
