Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive client experience.
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Manage the client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
Communicate with restoration Client Communication Manager on project progress and issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Maintain professional decorum and appearance at all times.
Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
Hands-on supervision of water damage restoration, cleaning and mitigation services.
Participation in after-hours emergency call rotation.

Qualifications:

You must have industry experience in water, fire, mold, mitigation projects.
Minimum 5 years experience of mitigation.
Minimum 2 years in project management.
Xactimate knowledge is a plus!
