- Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality results
- Develop accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry software
- Communicate and negotiate project scope and approvals with customers and clients
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, subcontractors, and resources on active jobs
- Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Review job documentation to ensure accuracy for billing and client requirements
- Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and materials
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and manage client experience throughout the project
- Respond quickly to new service opportunities and incoming leads
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team members
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of restoration or related industry experience
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- IICRC certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with computers and job management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to push, pull, and carry equipment and materials
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents and restoration equipment
