Join Our Team as a Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager: Build, Restore, and Lead with Excellence

A top restoration company is looking for a Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager with experience on commercial and residential projects. They need someone who is skilled with working with clients, writing, and running reconstruction losses.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years commercial reconstruction and restoration background. Preferably have experience writing with Xactimate.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.

Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.

Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.

Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).

Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.

Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.

Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and MI building codes.

Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.

Experience needed:

Minimum 3+ years restoration construction management experience.

Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.

Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.

Xactimate experience preferred.

Knowledge of MI commercial building codes and permitting.

Clean criminal background and clean driving record.

OSHA 30 preferred.

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
