Respond to service calls as needed to help customers dealing with water, fire or mold damage.

Perform services as assigned, following safety and production guidelines.

Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customers.

Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.

May be required to drive a company vehicle to and from job sites. Following all State traffic laws andcompany policies to ensure your safety.

Use of phone and tablet to document process progress after proper training.

Position Requirements

Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
High school diploma/GED
IICRC certifications preferred - but not required
Valid drivers license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

Starts at $14.00/hour based on experience and IICRC certification, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
