Job Title: Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA)
Salary: $24.00-$28.00 hourly
Schedule: 32-40 hours per week, rotating schedule
(6am-2:30pm and/or 10am-6:30pm)
Required: Valid RNA Certificate
Duties:
- Plan, implement, and oversee restorative care services, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments for effective restorative care planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for restorative care delivery.
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning related to restorative care.
- Provide guidance and training to restorative care personnel and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current license from an approved CNA Program.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in long-term care.
- Previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice preferred.
