Experience in earthwork, heavy equipment operation (e.g., dozers, excavators, graders), mining, or construction.
Knowledge of GPS systems
Mechanics skilled in maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
CDL Drivers with a valid commercial driver’s license for transporting materials and equipment.
General Laborers eager to support site operations with a strong work ethic.
Supervisory personnel with field and/or shop experience in a heavy civil construction field.
A safety-first mindset and ability to thrive in outdoor, hands-on environments.
Reliability, teamwork, and a drive to deliver value-added solutions.
