Step into a role that blends teamwork, hands-on execution, and leadership. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work side by side with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You'll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visuals.
- Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
- Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
- A drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
- Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.

Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour plus bonus
