THE ROLE:

As a Retail Associate- Store Team Member, you'll be the friendly face customers count on for expert help and hands-on solutions. You'll greet customers, identify their needs, and provide complete battery, bulb, and repair services while handling sales transactions accurately and professionally. You'll install batteries, test products, rebuild packs, repair phones and tablets, replace screens, and even cut keys and program remotes. Beyond customer service, you'll assist with stocking, inventory, and merchandising, help open and close the store, maintain accurate pricing, and keep the space clean, organized, and safe. Every day, you'll play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience and supporting the success of our brand-new Columbus location.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months prior work experience or equivalent (preferred)
• Technical aptitude and ability to work with small tools and parts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license preferred with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more; use hand tools and electronic testing equipment safely

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

This is a hands-on, active full-time role. You'll stand, walk, lift, use tools, and occasionally work outdoors. Protective gear will be provided as required.
