Your next opportunity is here — Urgently hiring Retail Associate in Freeport!Job Title: Retail AssociatePay: $18.00 per hourHours: Mon & Wed: 12 PM – 4 PM; Fri: 12 PM – 5 PM (Training: Wed & Thu 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM)Start Date: ASAP Looking for a flexible schedule or seeking extra income? Join a locally loved Maine tradition as a Retail Associate in Freeport, Maine and make an impact every day. As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring sweet experiences for every customer who visits our retail location. You’ll work closely with a small team to deliver results that make a difference.What You’ll Do: As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to create a welcoming atmosphere.*
  • Operate the register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the Square system.*
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions regarding various flavors and ingredients.*
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area.*
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the storefront throughout the shift.*
  • Collaborate with a co-worker to ensure smooth shop operations during each shift.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).*
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, "people person" personality.*
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a duo.*
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
