Job Description

Offbase Supply Co. – Virginia Beach, VAPart Time | $14–$16 per hour

Offbase Supply Co. is a growing tactical gear and apparel retailer serving military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and prepared civilians. We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our Virginia Beach team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
Process transactions accurately using a POS system
Handle returns and exchanges professionally
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors
Restock merchandise and assist with visual displays
Stay knowledgeable about tactical gear, apparel, and current promotions
Support team sales goals and deliver an exceptional in-store experience

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous retail or customer service experience
Experience using POS systems
Interest in tactical gear, outdoor equipment, or military/law enforcement products
