Retail Banking Supervisor - Pioneer BankAt Pioneer, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of those who work, bank, and invest at Pioneer.What You'll Do• Lead and support daily branch operations• Coach, train, and develop retail banking team members• Deliver exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns• Support teller operations, account servicing, and branch compliance• Encourage referrals and relationship-building opportunities• Help create a positive, customer-focused team environment

Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred• 3+ years of banking, customer service, or financial services experience preferred• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred• Community banking experience preferred• Comfortable using banking systems and technology
