Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and helpful team member to welcome and assist customers at the register. You bring your enthusiasm and helpful attitude, and we will provide you with all the "HomeGoods" and hardware training you will need.

What to expect:

You’ll work directly with customers at the register processing cash, checks, house accounts, and other kinds of payment transactions.
You'll address customer complaints in a positive manner, work diligently to resolve any conflict and bring issues to management when necessary
Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
Plan on using your excellent communication skills on the phone, over walkie talkies and in person to assist customers in finding products
You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
You must lift up to 40 lbs.
