Cashier/Sales Floor Associate (Part-time)
Goodwill - Painesville, Ohio
Join us in making a positive impact at Goodwill! We're hiring part-time Cashier/Sales Floor Associates who are passionate about customer service, teamwork, and helping others. This shift will support our closing team, so you must be available until 8:30 pm.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction
- Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records
- Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with training new team members
- Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures
- End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are a plus
