Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our Pittsburgh, PA team, playing a pivotal role in our commercial construction projects. In this position, you will analyze project plans, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with project managers to ensure bids are competitive and profitable, supporting our fast-paced environment of retail, restaurants, hospitality, and office spaces.Responsibilities:

• Review architectural and engineering plans to develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and evaluate them for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine estimates and support value engineering.
• Maintain cost databases and track historical data for improved forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and local market conditions.
