Job DetailsWe are looking for a motivated Project Manager with at least 2 years of commercial construction project management experience, ideally including restaurant, athletic club, corporate, and/or retail projects, to join our Pittsburgh-based team. Our Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple construction projects. Project Managers report to the owner, working in conjunction with the General Superintendent and Accountant to meet firm objectives and goals. This position will be based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office and involves between 40%-75% travel depending on projects.Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance
• Lead communication and coordination among clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal staff
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and resolve onsite issues proactively
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations and contractual requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in the restaurant, athletic club, corporate, or retail sectors
• Must be able to able to conceptually estimate based on preliminary architectural drawings and outline performance requirements/scope of work for subcontractors.
• Travel is required, between 40%-75% depending on projects
