We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $500000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships.
Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients.
Process applications, renewals, and claims for clients.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about available insurance products and regulations.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A valid insurance license in CA is preferred. (must obtain required license in 45 days)
