Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage product displays to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge and customer interaction.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment that reflects the Woodhouse brand.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and special events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of spa and wellness products is a plus.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training is preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
