The Designated Manager drives the sales strategy by hiring, training, and coaching the team daily to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists in customer service, sales, and quality of service
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing daily feedback to the team
- Foster an inspiring, high-performance culture where people love to come to work
- Build the business through effective scheduling
- Proactively de-escalate any guest issues and coach the team on service recovery opportunities
- Assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths
- Complete administrative tasks (payroll, inventory, compliance) accurately and on time
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Perform additional management duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 37+ hours a week (full-time role)
- Management experience in sales and/or the beauty industry preferred
- Strong organizational, task management, and delegation skills
- Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
- Ability to drive results through others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
