As a Retail Manager in Training, you’ll help lead daily salon operations, coach team members, deliver excellent customer service, and support store performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment, leading by example, and helping a team meet sales and service goals. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive, high-energy salon environment where clients feel welcomed, team members are supported, and operational standards stay high.

Schedule & AvailabilityThis is a full-time opportunity, and candidates should expect to work approximately 35–45 hours per week, depending on hourly or salary status. Availability for nights, Saturdays, and Sundays is required to provide management coverage.What We’re Looking For
