Retail Marketing Graphic Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Retail Marketing Team. In this role, you will design and develop creative marketing materials that enhance consumer experiences in retail stores. You will work closely with marketing, design, business teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns that drive store traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Create innovative and brand-appropriate marketing assets for retail stores. Translate briefs into high-quality designs while meeting deadlines. Maintain and apply graphic standards and creative direction across projects. Build guidelines and toolkits for retail marketing campaigns and consumer journeys. Design assets for in-store signage, promotions, and product presentations. Partner with global teams to deliver marketing materials and visual standards. Support CRM and traffic-driving initiatives by designing consumer engagement assets. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct market visits as needed to review marketing execution and gather insights. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future strategies. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or brand/account marketing. Experience designing consumer journeys and retail marketing programs. Knowledge of retail, visual merchandising, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing. Familiarity with digital platforms such as Apps, Email, SEO, social media, and Performance Marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Experience managing budgets, creating marketing briefs, and working with agencies. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to use data to improve marketing effectiveness. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel domestically as required.
