DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To grow sales and market share for Pride retail products through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and customer support within an assigned geographical area and account base
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas for Pride retail products from indirect sales and dealer developmentEnsure customer satisfaction and relationship development by conducting effective business meetings, product education, and in-service presentations for all Pride retail products to all accountsCollaborate effectively with internal resources, such as Pride Account Executives and Quantum Sales, to enhance the customer experience, share insights, and create strategic action plans to maximize sales for your assigned area and account baseProvide ongoing feedback and best practices through the Pride “Speak Up” platformDocument account activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software programIdentify and capitalize on Unrealized Sales Opportunities (USO’s) for all business lines within assigned account baseDevelop a strategic travel/call rotation to build and maintain relationships with customers on a consistent basis Provide Sales Leadership with continuous feedback on competitor products and Pride retail products to help with ongoing development of new products, and the redesign of existing products to better serve the customer Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Complete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingDevelop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are metFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLS

At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business field sales, indirect sales and/or dealer development PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience within the Mobility/DME Industry preferredAt least 5 years of experience in business-to-business field sales, indirect sales and/or dealer development preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED EDUCATION
Associate Degree in a related field preferredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
