ASSISTANT MANAGERS:Assistant store managers will assist owners with the operation of a profitable store that is focused on exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Responsible for all aspects of managing a single store including hiring/scheduling, developing and managing a team focused on the customer and assisting with buying product. Assist with the oversight of day-to-day store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals, customer acquisition and customer retention. Accountable for inventory quality control, budgeting, including labor cost and operational expenses. This is a hands-on, led by example position.RESONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Suggest sales training programs and techniques
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
- Strong verbal and written skills.
Qualifications:
- Must live, eat and breathe fashion!
- Stellar knowledge of young adult fashion and brands plus designer. Vintage a plus!
- Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic upbeat outlook

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
