Retail Sales Associate

Culinary Depot is hiring a sales-driven Retail Sales Associate for our Lakewood store. This is not a passive retail role. The primary focus is outbound calling, prospecting, and converting leads into sales. If you have real sales experience and love the thrill of closing deals, this is the role for you.

Big plus: Spanish-speaking.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to past customers, warm leads, and prospects

• Prospect new business via phone outreach

• Handle inbound store calls and convert them into sales

• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and abandoned opportunities

• Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

• Drive repeat and incremental business through consistent follow-up

• Log activity and notes in internal systems

• Support in-store operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior sales experience required (inside sales, retail sales, or outbound sales)

• Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting

• Comfortable handling objections and rejection

• Clear, confident phone presence

• Results-oriented and self-motivated

• Spanish speaking a plus

• Reliable, professional, and organized
