Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at The Fort!

Are you friendly, positive, and ready to jump into a great team? Do you enjoy helping others find the perfect items? The Fort is looking for enthusiastic people to join our sales team, offering both part-time and flexible schedules. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a memorable shopping experience for our guests and support our team!

Location: We're hiring at our Columbus location. This role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, including half of all weekends. We are looking for both full-time and part-time.

  • Help Customers Feel Welcome: Make shopping enjoyable by engaging with guests, helping them find what they need!
  • Be a Quick Learner: Learn about our products and pick up sales tips to assist guests confidently during the season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with team members in a learning environment
  • Achieve daily sales and customer service goals
  • Build trust and positive relationships with customers
  • Dress in The Fort apparel during shifts
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work 50% of weekends and 75% of holidays (required during peak season)
