Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will alsoparticipatein visual merchandising andmaintainingstore presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations:
Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty,confidenceand product knowledge toadvisestyle and fit, influence with moments that matter
Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product,what’snew andwhat’salready on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
Position Requirements:
At least 16 years of age
Awillingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
Goal/Achievement oriented
Some technical aptitude
Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule
