Position Summary
The Retail Sales Associate contributes to total store results for the Eagles Pro Shop –Lincoln Financial Field, maintains merchandise inventory and provides exceptional customer service. The main focus of this role is to provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving product knowledge and environmental involvement.
This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This position reports to the Store Manager
Position Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register
- Achieve merchandise sales goals
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
- Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
- Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
- Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section
- Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines
- Maintain a clean and well-organized layout
- Practice security measures that help prevent theft
- Outbound shipping and Inbound shipment receiving
- Help control inventory shortage
- Stockroom Organization
- Practice safety consciousness at all times

Qualifications
- Flexible schedule daily
- Retail experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs.
- Standing for extended period of time
