Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – The UPS Store (South Congress & Oltorf)

Location: 2407 S. Congress Ave., Austin, TX, 78704

Pay: $16.00/hr + Monthly Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time (No Driving Required)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the team at The UPS Store in South Austin! Our store on South Congress is a high-traffic hub for the local community. While The UPS Store is a world-class brand, this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons.

We have proudly served the greater Austin area for over 10 years and are looking for a dedicated, Full-Time Associate who enjoys helping neighbors and supporting local small businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide world-class customer service to the Cedar Park community and local business owners.
Expertly advise customers on shipping options, professional printing, and document finishing.
Master our point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized logistics software.
Assist customers with high-quality printing, binding, and laminating projects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required.
Full-Time availability is required.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).
Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearance.
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
A fast learner who can thrive in a busy, multitasking retail environment.
