Job Summary

Uniform Advantage is hiring aPart-Time Retail Key Holderto support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist withopening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstandingcustomer service and sales support
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• OperatePOS systemfor sales, returns, and exchanges
• Performopening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Maintain store organization,stocking, and visual merchandising
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
• Assist with occasionaloffsite retail events (pop-ups)

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00/hour starting pay
• Part-time:15–25 hours per week
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in afast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed
