🌿 Responsibilities & Preferred Skills – Part-Time Sales Associate 🌿

As a Sales Associate at The Spice & Tea Exchange® of Omaha, you’ll help create an inviting and flavorful experience for every guest by:

✅ Providing Stellar Customer Service:

Greet every guest with our signature welcome and follow-up lines
Assist customers with product selection, usage tips, and personalized recommendations
Build connections with customers to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth referrals

✅ Maintaining Inventory & Store Appearance:

Stock shelves, counters, and displays while monitoring inventory levels
Notify management of low-stock items to ensure product availability
Assist in pricing and labeling merchandise accurately

✅ Product Handling & Preparation:

Blend and package products as needed
Retrieve requested merchandise and answer product-related questions
Maintain accurate product knowledge by reading materials and attending training

✅ Following Store Procedures:

Adhere to operational standards and daily store procedures
Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Preferred Skills:

✨ Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating a great experience✨ Excellent verbal and written communication✨ Ability to measure ingredients, use a scale, and follow recipes with basic math skills
