Retail Sales Professional – White Hall Spirits & Mannington Spirits
Join our growing team at White Hall Spirits and Mannington Spirits! We are currently hiring Retail Sales Professionals for our White Hall and Mannington locations.
As a Retail Sales Professional, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a reliable, welcoming shopping experience. You'll assist customers with their selections, operate the register efficiently, stock and organize merchandise, and help maintain a clean and professional store environment.
We believe great retail is built on strong systems, clear expectations, reliability, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. As part of our team, you'll receive training on our products and procedures and have opportunities to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and grow as our company continues to expand.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace. Previous retail experience is a plus, but it's not required—we're ready to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Positions are available at both White Hall Spirits in White Hall, WV, and Mannington Spirits in Mannington, WV. Applicants may be considered for either location based on availability and staffing needs.

Compensation:$14 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Efficiently operate the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions and a smooth checkout process.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all.
- Stay informed about our diverse product offerings, sharing knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Proven track record of maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to stay informed about product offerings and share knowledge with customers.
- Experience in inventory management, including restocking and conducting stock checks.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
We are a new, locally operated liquor store opening in Mannington. This is an opportunity to join the store from the beginning and become part of the team as we establish and grow the business.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Evening and weekend availability is important.
