Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience
- Provide in-depth knowledge about products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the product displays
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals and targets

- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product levels

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
