Position Summary:

This position is responsible for cashiering, merchandise sales and maintaining the store's appearance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Responsible for cashiering, merchandise sales and maintaining the store's appearance
• Maintains displays and ensures that the merchandise is kept neat and orderly
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains a general knowledge or products being sold
• Assists customers with general knowledge of Mohegan Sun

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Basic mathematical skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of products sold throughout Mohegan Sun's stores

Training Requirements:

• Previous cashiering experience
• Knowledge of Micros system

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
