Retail Stock Clerk - Inventory Control Team Member

Job Duties:
- Stocking retail products
- Dusting & cleaning retail shelves
- Organizing the warehouse by efficiently securing and controlling inventory
- Ordering supplies
- Filling professionals' orders & tracking their usage
- Ordering, receiving & checking all incoming orders
- Bar-coding supplies
- Must be able to travel to all PENZONE locations
- Execute + maintain brand standards + floorset planograms in conjunction with operations teams
- Maintain+ Fulfill all e-commerce orders.
- Cross functional duties as assigned at other locations + for department projects.
Job Qualifications:
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple operational priorities independently.
- Consistently maintains professionalism in decision-making and communication
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all inventory and processing tasks
- Strong communication skills; able to interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Highly self‑directed and able to take initiative without supervision
- Comfortable using modern workplace technology, including Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and digital communication platforms
- Professional appearance aligned with company dress guidelines.
Location: All Salon Locations
Availability Requirements: Full-time (40 hrs), Monday through Friday.
