If so, we’d love to meet you!Kellie’s is seeking a Retail Store Manager who is growth-minded, people-focused, and passionate about creating an exceptional in-store experience—for both customers and team members.This position is ONLY at our Okemos retail location.What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and develop a team with a strong focus on positivity and accountabilityOversee daily store operations, including sales performance, merchandising, and customer experienceCreate a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects our brand valuesManage scheduling, staffing, and team productivityOversee inventory flow, merchandising standards, and floor presentationAnalyze sales trends and implement strategies to meet and exceed goalsEnsure store policies and procedures are followed consistentlyAssist with pricing, intake, and management of consignment/resale itemsDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a welcoming experienceWhat We’re Looking For:Retail and/or leadership management experience (required)Strong leadership skills with a team-first mindsetWarm, approachable personality with excellent communication skillsGrowth-oriented and solution-focused thinkerAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic retail settingExperience in resale or consignment is a strong plusPassion for customer service and community connection requiredCompensation & Perks:This is a full time salaried position: $34,320 annually80 hours of PTO annually starting Day 1Employee in-store discountA supportive, team-oriented work environmentWhy Kellie’s?We’re more than a resale store—we’re a community.
