Policy reviews Call renewals Problem Resolution: Help resolve concerns with patience and professionalism, always aiming for a positive client experience. Policy Adjustments: Assist clients with policy updates that reflect their changing needs and stages of life. Claim Support: Provide caring, step-by-step support through the claims process during what can be a stressful time. Documentation: Keep clear, accurate records of communications and changes to ensure consistency and trust. Team Collaboration: Partner with your teammates to share ideas and continually improve how we serve others. Requirements What Were Looking For: Were seeking someone who is motivated, service-minded, and ready to grow with our agency Licensing: An active Alaska Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License is required. Experience: Prior experience in insurance or consulting is a plus. If you have 2+ years of verifiable Allstate experience (within the last 3 years), you may receive up to a $3,500 bonus. Communication: Clear, professional communication both written and verbal is essential. Customer Service: A heart for helping others and delivering excellent service. Teamwork: Comfortable working with a close-knit, diverse team in an office setting. Problem Solving: Able to understand client needs and offer the right solutions. Industry Awareness: Familiarity with insurance products and trends is beneficial. Bilingual: Being bilingual is a big plus and greatly valued in our community.
