REVELxp is the exclusive tailgate partner for the University of Kentucky football program and Keeneland Racecourse (Lexington, KY) and provides full-service tailgates for clients at multiple sites around each facility. Game day staff is vital to the smooth operation of each game and race day, as members of the staff represent the REVELxp brand while providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to each tailgating guest.

REVELxp premium tailgates are available for each day of the 2026 Keeneland Spring Meet (16 total), spanning from Friday, April 3rd - Saturday, May 2nd, 2026. The Lexington office is looking for individuals who are hard-working and service-oriented to join the race day staff for the 2026 Spring Meet. The candidate must have some customer service experience and needs to be able to commit to working on some or all the weekends (Friday-Sunday) in April, with flexibility on working mornings or afternoons. More detailed responsibilities are included below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive to assigned shift, whether the morning or afternoon shift, on time and ready to help with final setup for the day, routine check-ins with guests, or site flipping and teardown
• Learn the quality control process and ensure everything for the tailgates is set up properly before site open at 10am
• Welcome guests and guide staff in leading by example with the best customer service and treatment toward the people we serve
• Conduct routine check-ins on clients and the status of their tailgates
• Quickly respond to any issues that arise at a tailgating site with good communication and effort to find a solution for the guest
• Direct and help guests load their vehicles at the conclusion of their tailgate
• Assist with closing each site (manage leftover catering, proper equipment breakdown, clean-up, etc.) and prepare for the next day of tailgates
• Help move any valuable inventory to the storage tent

From start to finish, a typical full REVELxp tailgate day at Keeneland lasts about 10 hours, while the morning and afternoon shifts are around 4 hours each. Most race days will also allow for staff to share a provided meal while working.

Race Day Staff is a great way to gain experience in the sports and hospitality industry. REVELxp serves guests at Keeneland from around the country and world, and it provides a unique opportunity to learn about event planning and grow in customer service skills while being immersed in the unique and local Keeneland atmosphere.
