We believe in personalized, strategic recruitment solutions that align with our clients' unique needs and cultures. We are currently looking for a Revenue Analyst the Las Vegas, NV area. This is a hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.JOB SUMMARY: The Revenue Analyst is accountable for analyzing data to understand future demand forecast, historical trends and competition and providing recommendations to management on rate strategies to achieve budgeted goals for revenue, occupancy and arrivals. Also heavily involved in rebranding and property systems conversions.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze reports to ensure accuracy for all properties
Perform rebrand and property management systems conversion tasks
Communicate and troubleshoot systems issues
Assist with executing rate & inventory management in respective systems (i.e. OnQ R&I, Clarity, channel manager, and extranets)
Build promotions in multiple systems
Communicate new/modified Rate Plans & terms & conditions to System Set-up Team
Verify reporting is set-up appropriately in multiple systems
Monitors and ensures rate integrity between website and other distribution channels
Builds groups in systems
Assist Regional Revenue Manager & Revenue Manager with research on policies, terms, conditions
Investigate and resolve inventory & other issues
Submit GDM forms
Submit I.T. Tickets
Assist Revenue Manager & Regional Revenue Manager with identifying and communicating Rental availability gaps to Inventory Management
Assist with comp set & market research including rate shops, guarantee, and cancel policies, & updating events/conv calendars
Assist with reporting as needed
Assist with training
Performs other related duties as assigned

Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications – 2-3 years experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, & Adobe – 2-3 years experience
Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to make recommendations to improve performance
