This is a unique opportunity to join a private equity backed company during a period of rapid growth and play an integral role in shaping best practices across our finance function.Job DetailsWhat You’ll DoCollaborate with finance, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicingCreate, review, and distribute invoices with precisionVerify pricing, volumes, and contract compliancePartner with client accounts payable teams to ensure smooth processes and compliance with client requirementsRespond to client questions regarding invoices and billingLead collections efforts and manage accounts receivable follow-upPrepare and distribute client statements and periodic reportingWhat We’re Looking ForBS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldStrong understanding of billing, collections, and US GAAP as it relates to revenue2+ years of experience in a client-facing accounting role2+ years of full cycle revenue operations (billing, customer service, collections, cash applications)Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies with accuracyStrong communicator with excellent organizational skillsHigh integrity and discretion with sensitive financial informationTech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems in a dynamic, growth-oriented environmentPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Sage Intacct, Lockstep, and AvalaraPrior experience within eDiscovery or legal servicesBenefits100% remote work flexibilityHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Family LeaveFlexible Time Off (FTO)Interested in hearing more?
