Job Overview – Revenue Cycle Coordinator (Healthcare Billing & Payer Portals)Compensation: $22–24/hourLocation: Dallas, TXSchedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Revenue Cycle Coordinator (Healthcare Billing & Payer Portals) in Dallas, TX for our client, supporting payer portal management, billing operations, and revenue cycle documentation within a healthcare environment. In this role, you will maintain payer portal access, coordinate ERA/EFT enrollments, support clearinghouse operations through platforms such as Waystar, and assist with billing documentation, payment reconciliation, and revenue cycle reporting to ensure efficient financial operations.Responsibilities as the Revenue Cycle Coordinator:

• Payer Portal & System Management: Maintain access and credentials across insurance payer portals, clearinghouse platforms, and patient payment systems.
• ERA/EFT Enrollment & Setup: Coordinate payer enrollments for ERA/EFT programs and maintain accurate electronic payment documentation.
• Payment Tracking & Issue Resolution: Investigate missing payments, EOBs, and portal issues while escalating unresolved payment or credentialing delays.
• Revenue Cycle Documentation & Compliance: Assist with documentation for cost reports, audits, and other regulatory or compliance requests.
• Patient Account Research & Reconciliation: Review credit balances, reconcile billing discrepancies, and support resolution of patient account inquiries.

Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle Coordinator:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, payer portal administration, or healthcare operations support experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance payer portals, clearinghouse workflows, ERA/EFT enrollment processes, and healthcare billing operations.
• Technical Skills: Experience working with healthcare systems and platforms such as Waystar, Salucro, CareCredit, or similar revenue cycle tools preferred.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook with strong data tracking and documentation capabilities.
• Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple operational tasks, and a proactive approach to resolving billing and portal-related issues.
