Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Services the RCM Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with the eClinicalWorks electronic health record (EHR) implementation, developing and implementing RCM policies and procedures, and assisting with the development of ongoing training plans. This position is a full-time position that provides training and support services related to the EHR system to physicians, clinical personnel, administrative employees, and operational staff as needed. Also responsible for testing new versions and assisting in upgrading certification of new versions of EHR prior to implementation. The RCM Support Specialist is the subject matter expert for the functions and configurations of the EHR system related to the user interface.
