Oversee, an award-winning vacation rental management company, is seeking a dynamic Revenue Specialist (Pricing & Performance) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing overall performance across our portfolio of homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a passion for maximizing revenue through strategic pricing models. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure pricing strategies align with our business goals and homeowner and Oversee profitability. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify pricing trends and competitive analysis.
Optimize and implement pricing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and revenue.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with promotional campaigns.
Analyze data and prepare reports to inform homeowners and executives about performance and pricing strategies.
Develop and maintain pricing models to evaluate the financial impact of changes.
Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
