Outpatient Rheumatology Physician

Tryon Medical Partners, a well-established and thriving physician-led, multispecialty practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our collaborative team. This is a 100% outpatient position offering an excellent balance of high-quality patient care, advanced diagnostics, and lifestyle flexibility.

Average patient volume of 15-20 patients per day

Position Overview
As a Rheumatologist at Tryon Medical Partners, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a wide range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. You will work closely with primary care providers and specialists in a modern, state-of-the-art clinical setting. This role offers the opportunity to grow your practice while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions, including arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoporosis, and related disorders
Provide longitudinal patient care, including medication management and follow-up
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to support high-quality clinical decision-making
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in clinical research, education, or quality improvement initiatives, if desired
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with best practices
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology
Eligible for or licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
