Pollo Regio is seeking a Rice and Beans Cook for our location in Rockwall TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature rice and beans, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and season rice and beans according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is presented and served in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the management of food inventory and stock levels.
